It's about the same as US option. You have to know the ticker.

For Toronto option go to the TSE web site tse.com to get the ticker then type in "TOE:<ticker>" (ex: TOE:BLDLJ for TSE:BLD call dec 50).

For Montreal option you have to find out the ticker by your self since it's not on the web page me.org
for example BBD.B call jan 19 = MOE:BBDAS and BBD.B apr call 20 = MOE:BBDDD

The letter for the month same as US Ticker.
The letter for the strike in multiple of $5 same as US Ticker (A=5, b=10, c=15, ...)
The hard part is for option for strike between those (ex. 11, 12, 13, ...)
