I posted twice yesterday morning to other people and got no response. What is the pre-opening volume on Nasdaq stocks? By 8:30am est I was seeing a couple million shares of volume. On Dell in particular there was 100 shares. Intc had 80,000 before 9:00am est. No prices were reported, just volume. I got this from multiple sources. No NYSE stocks showed volume.

You may remember that I'm not bullish on the near-term outlook for AMAT, but in Dec of 1997 they did unveil a copper interconnect product for making copper-based chips. How much of a market, how good an app...I don't know, but they are on the curve.
