Apparently it doesn't have the physical properties of the '-oses' at all. I don't know first-hand, but was talking about it with a sweet young lady in my friend's health food store and then with an old bean-sprouter lady friend who says she uses it all the time and who also invited us to dinner soon, no fixed date. Should be a chance to try it then. Some of those other products are quite commonly used in Chiapas - Uña de Gato, for ejample - an excellent all-round tonic with some specific medicinal uses. With some vision and energy and competence a company really could make something out of the herb supply business - but not this 'company', I fear.
