Ztect, My passing thought would be, the stock first stock repurchase initiated by RG would be the obtaining of his 7 milliom shares he had to let go with a repurchase option. It still has the purpose of reducing the float and placing them back in iron clad posession. Keep in mind 6 million shares are due to be held for Daryl Piercy and it seems that is the unaccounted amount of your count. Maybe that has something to do with it. If it is then I was told by RG the shares would not be transfered to Piercy until two years from the date of the signing of the final acquisition of CC. Best Bob
