hotstuff.com ... yes, I can see it now ... let's say, 100 billion authorised and .... oh, say 50mil in the IPO - being, of course, about 30% of the outstanding as of the IPO date, you and I holding the balance. We can bury all the gory details down real deep in the small print of the prospectus, nobody will ever notice and if they do we can just post a whole buncha bullshit on the thread and bring their motives into question and lololol a lolot. And the best part is, if we keep under 500 shareholders and a certain dollar value we don't even have to freakin report nothin to nobody and we can Reg S and convertible debenture ourselves up a couple fine yachts and pay off those pesky bar tabs.
