Top, since we all have opinions,I'll bet the next report shows an increase in the number of outstanding shares. And will also bet this will be a reoccurring theme in filings to come...good luck DD
PS: I'll continue to follow the thread..but will keep my cash on the sidelines until the details of the debenture are released,and then attempt to determine their chances of success..So far with 20mm shares registered for employee compensation--management appears to be successful at getting fat,but that has nothing to do with the company...
PS: also note,the 6mm shares issued for assets are restricted shares(144)..also note the the previous (14) 144 filings..Filings to register and sell 144 stock...
Doesn't seem there is a problem dumping 144 shares...

The public eats up the MusicCard or the prior CC would not have had such a tremendous growth history and such a high reload percentage.
