ditchdigger, I must say you sure provide some hard hitting DD. IMHO, it's good to have you on board. Let's get the answers! Hopefully they will be good answers. Can hardly wait for the S-8. When it comes I'm sure that it will be scrutinized to death and that is what this forum is all about. The sharing of information. Certainly hope that your name doesn't mean that your intention is to bury us <vbg>

One of the things I like about tsig is the fact that I believe RG to be a straight shooter, I don't feel lied to by him and he has my confidence. Albeit I think that at times he may be over enthusiastic and may think he can do things faster than reality dictates. He has certainly delivered this fall on his promises. I also think that RG is human. This is not his first venture, and he has made mistakes in the past. Hopefully he has as I think he has learned from his mistakes and will not repeat them. I wonder if this floorless debenture issue that you bring up is not what the Robert Gordon vs Felcrest suit was all about. If so (as I suspect it was) then I am confidant that RG would not have made the same mistake again. Particulary so soon after the felcrest suit.

Btw, I wonder if this pp was delayed for just this very reason. We all heard about this pp, what 2 months ago? We were all wondering why no pr was it vapor pp etc? Perhaps RG delayed it to be sure that it was done right. Remember RG has a much greater stake in this than any one of us. Of course we won't know until the S-8 comes out but when it does, I'm sure you will enlighten us.

Sincerely

slaffe

<i/>"How soon after a Form 144 is filed are the shares actually sold?
Technically, a Form 144 only indicates that the holder of restricted securities is now able
to sell them. There is nothing about the Form that forces a sale.
In practice, however, the Form is just another annoying piece of paperwork, and
insiders don't file it until they need to. The shares indicated on a Form 144 are
usually sold soon after
it is filed. If the holder of the restricted shares is an insider (which is not always the
case), you will likely see a Form 4 sale in short order." (Faq-from the insider site I
posted)

lets take a look here TSIG insider trades all planned sales not on plan 144 executed to date and they date back to dec 1997

These people had a few times they could have jumped ship at .50 or more so IMHO there waiting for bigger brighter days like we TSIG longs are waiting for
