Dell to Take Orders for Cisco DSL Modems

Dell Computer Corp., Round Rock, Texas, will begin taking orders Friday for
personal computers with factory-installed Cisco Systems Inc. asymmetric
digital subscriber line modems that will provide Internet access to
customers who use U S West Inc.'s MegaBit services. Dell said Dimension
PCs with the Cisco modems, which are faster than traditional 56K
modems, start at $1,399. To receive the offer, customers must be in
select U S West coverage areas and their Internet service providers must
support U S West MegaBit services, which are sold to customers in 46
cities across U S West's 14-state region.

To all: Does anyone know if PAIR has or will supply any equipment to US West?

Thanks,

Lee
