Hi JS - I may be wrong, but I think that the SEC is investigating, (may be working on a settlement), GE owners for 1996 hype and profit making, and currently GE and TT for Guido's proven number announcement May 22nd.

If there are more reason for scruitinizing GE, I do not know of them.

If the SEC followed every accusation on these threads, they would need to hire a million more investigators, vbg.

This company is not only tight lipped, it is tight with financials.

Looks like we may have to wait until 1999 to see any 1998 financials.
I may be waiting for a good BD report before turning loose the 1998 financials....lots of new debt. Approx. $3,000,000.00 just for the third quarter.

I hope BD gets done with their findings and they are released to the public before mid december. Thanksgiving should be quiet.

Regards, Colleen
