I see, you have provided your insight into the convertables, it will provide addtional shares to the outstanding but the money was needed as mentioned before, do you know how many bb's I've been in that have promised a PP and never shown with it, or when it comes it more than 50% less than what they said it was going to be, of course the people who lent TSIG this money is getting something in return, you think they are putting up 10 million dollars and not? but again it may not all be used and with the plan that RG is implementing the share price should be, that is of course should be higher than it is.... your dd is insightful but is getting somewhat negative, like has been mentioned several times, these issues are known, and have been done though the dd in the past...this company had done what they said they are going to do, MORE than I can see for many other bb's and as Martin has said they may not do it in the time fashion we wish, he has always delivered
