Cosmo, I respect your opinion and you may be more right than I, but my feeling is the company has been so busy with working on new deals and signing people up that the AGM was not a top priority. Yes, the shareholders should have a voice in the AGM and it should be held at a convenient time.

However, I would rather they work on signing new business to the bottom line than worry about having the AGM just before Christmas. JMHO

I think that if I were intent on building a business, I would want to hold an annual meeting when my customers would be busy with something else (vacations at Christmas?)
