At least one class action law firm I have spoken with has started a file on Amazon.com's recent trading activity and company actions. This is preliminary to possible filing of shareholder lawsuits but there is no certainty that anything will come of it. What this says to me is "it looks like this company (and it's investment bankers) have colluded to drive up the stock price in order for insiders and VCs tro sell off a large number of shares, let's see if it falls after this and then we will have some basis for quickly putting the complaint together (a jockeying for position).
