Well today marks the beginning of week number 3 since their announcement and no Edgar filing still. I'm thinking another excuse has a higher likelihood than Danny Dror keeping his word about filing in a couple of days - that he made on October 30. I think the real case study at this point is watching the masterful performance of management in hiding their operating results, their capital structure and their related party transactions. Somehow I have the image that the boys in Kemah in trying to wrap up these financials may look a little like these cartoon characters frantically jumping up and down on an overstuffed suitcase in an effort to get the top closed and all the embarrassing details hidden inside.
