Not that I am aware of....stock opened at 9 3/4's here. Looks like a choppy day. Someone has a large block that they are playing with. I believe it to be 11,000 shares. Have seen the size on the bid at 9 5/8's and on the offer at 9 15/16's.

Stock has no shot at closing above $10.00 today. The specialist will never allow it.
