Micro-

For your sake I hope the stock gets to $1....then you can leave somthing in my stocking for me at Xmas <grin>.... In all seriousness though, the float current is somwhere about 8.5 million shares so you own .00294% of the company...now if yo uwere a .00294% of CPQ, that would come out to 5 million SHARES....big difference huh? Anyway, I don't know if there are people shorting the stock right now that have helped push it down, in the even that it is being manipulated by the shorts, I suggest you "Take Delivery" of your shares and slowy as 25,000 and 100,000 shares blocks get called back the stock could actually stabilize in strong hands...right now there are alot of weak hand holding this thing..I see alot of trades at the bid and my guess is those are SALES "at the market"...then a few days a go I see trades for 100 and 500 shares and I am thinking what kind of morons are buying a stock whose commisions will be more than what they pay for the stock? Amazing mentality huh?

I was hoping we could see a nice 2 cent drop today, I guess when and if the market (general decides to correct, JAWZ will fall hard and fast, maybe to a nickel...can you imagine that? So during Black Friday if you find a nickel in the mall, pick it up b/c you may be able to buy one share.... Wow, it almost makes me want to run out to the beach with my metal detector...hey some states are giving 5 cents for aluminum can returns.... so maybe if we can all collect tin cans and redeem them we can buy more stock at no cost to our other portfolio holdings...? I think this is a really risk free way to invest in this company...(If by now you haven't realizedthat I am trying to be humorous, then you are really lost)

Anyway, the news regarding hte Ernst and Young deal from what I heard is that the company is going to do some security testing for them...where that will lead, I have no clue... I heard the float of shares will be flooded with more shares soon and there will be some shareholder dilution...this wil inevitably make the stock WEAKER not stronger...especially given its already poor performance...

Barrie, you never got back to me about the $1000 challenge? I take it that you don't think it would be a good investment on your part...maybe? I know that if I had the best encrpytion in the world I'd put up my house...even if was for the publicity alone...life's all about risks anyway isnt it... Suggest that to the CEO...seriously...I think the press on that would be great... Here's the headlines

"CEO challenges the world to crack his code--REWARD: HIS HOUSE and $1 million dollars"...Now tell me THAT wouldnt give this co some much needed publicity... I am telling you Barrie, alot of what I write may be sarcastic butif you read betweeen the lines you will see that there is actual meaning to what I say.... Is it true that the company is still working on a 16,000+ bit version of their software? Maybe they should market this one first....

Remember Barrie...these "stunts" I suggest really have worked for other companies...Larry Ellison used to TRASH THE HELL out of Informix when Oracle was still a baby--he went as fall as posting BILLBOARDS!!!!...now there's a guy with desire! (Don't tell me that the CEO is about to announce some big things either b/c from what I am reading they haven't announced much of anything for a couple months) Get a little outrageous, push the envelope...it's now or never for this company because there isn't one big name company out there who doesn't have "Name Recognition"...look at E*Trade...a couple of yyears ago people were like E-who? and then they just went nuts advertising saying they had the best and they won alot of people over...this is what a marketing campaign is truly about.

I hope I have been able to shed some light on this thing--if these guys need help with a big ad campaign let me know...we'll make the competition look like bozos....

Rock on
