This should happen sooner than that.

I haven't been able to talk to any of the west coast class action law firms, only the ones back in NY, PA and Chicago. A little latter I plan to see which ones have started work on Scamazon.com. This could be one of the biggest class actions and most notorious in history!

The only point is that these guys will dig into the details quite thouroughly and knowing that they are getting serious before they take any action could turn into very profitable information. The end result of these things is usually that the stock plummets and burned investors come away with 10c on the dollar if they are that lucky. The law firms make a fortune. Its too early for anything concrete to happen but now is the time to know about it - before the damage is done.
