Rob, We did not get into any of the stockage problems. I am sure they are doing whatever they can to make the system run smoothly. I would suggest you call Amy after Monday and ask her what steps have been instituted. We don't want past disappointments to become transfered to new customers. I do know orders are transfered straight to the supplier and CCI is then notified the order has been received. Things seem to be cleaning up fairly rapidly. It gets hard to see this when we watch by the minute. Bob
