ITEX is back around where it was before the whole ITeX mistaken identity thing went down.... I like the stock, but am not in it at the moment. ITEX was mentioned in the same internet scam article in Money.Com (the actual mag, not online) as Big Dog. The scam here was that people on Yahoo were allegedly posting false negative info to drive the price down. ITEX is suing and Yahoo had to give up the posters real names... Don't know what ITEX can gain by the suit, but if it makes people post more responsibly and truthfully, I'm all for it. These days who knows? Anything internet retail has gone berserk. ITEX is in a position to really move... it is profitable, has lots o' cash, trading well under book (FWIW), and had a recent huge spike. I know that it was mistaken identity, but after all, a huge amount of investors suddenly got a look here, and it is still not moving. Is it worth a lot more? With all the frenzy of late, I believe so. Even without the frenzy. Will it move? Hell, I just don't know.... cheers MG
