I would certainly like to see the offer rejected, as well, but it seems to me that an insider like Tsang is going to be pretty sure before sticking his neck out that his offer is going to be successful, perhaps with the expectation that he may have to ratchet it up a few pennies. Unless a white knight comes along, I am not optimistic we will see more than 4 3/4 or 5.

Joe: Don't overestimate the actions of boards. I have been screwed in the past by similar deals, where the board of a corporation clearly acted in a way that was not in the best interest of shareholders. I hope the board rejects this deal, but I have grave doubts that they will. If the deal is rejected Tsang must go...
