It could be that some player(s) are interested in taking over the company with a cash infusion. As I understand it it would take some $500,000 to handle the main debt at this time. But at the extremely depressed share price would it not be to their advantage to accumulate as much as they could before showing their hand. Today again, the pattern of trading seems to be to pick up big blocks and thne hit the bid with small blocks.

Consider how much cash it takes to pick up say 5 million shares at 2.5 cents--$125,000. For $500,000 you could buy 20 million shares providing you did not try to get it all at once and alert the market to what's going on. A group planning on neutralizing the company debt which first accumulated a significant position would be in a strong share position because announcement of the elimination of debt plus a change in management wopuld do wonders for the company. This is especially so considering the powerful fundamentals.

No outfit planning to take over a company with 50 million shares issued is going to rescue the company and thereby rescue all existing shareholders who are ready to get out as the share price moves unless they first guarantee that their own position is protected. One means of such self-protection is a significant accumulation of the shares before they move.

If I had a handy 1.5 million dollars I would do precisely this.

This of course is pure speculation on my part. I have no informatiuon from Dinning other than they are "working on it".
