Hello Iris.

>>>I read somewhere that the 64 meg DRAM makers in Taiwan have difficulty meeting demands. If business is really picking up, they will start buying equipment, right?

Not really. Depends on how much of their line capacity has currently been utilized. The semiconductor manufacturing business is very capital-intensive and requires careful "gradual" planning ahead. There is no such a thing as rushing ahead and buying equipment because of stabilizing DRAM prices.
