brink was wrong. he said amat wouldn't drop below $25 and it did. specific. very specific.

now, i think you are mad about the monkey with a buy button comment.

you know why you are mad? you can't disprove it b/c it is true to date. now, in the future, it may not be true. until now, though, it is true so learn to deal with it rather than try and make up nonexistent negative stuff about me - the real stuff is bad enough ;-). btw, that is one wealthy monkey ;-) especially that msft monkey! that intel monkey isn't doing too shabbily either. ;-)

is bob better than a monkey with a buy button? i suspect so (gen'l market calls is the context). however, we will not know on the us markets until bob issues a sell (the monkey never will).

actually, i didn't mean it as a jab against bob. i did mean it to point out the logical fallacy of those that believe bob is, of necessity, a genius for calling this bull market. he may be a genius, but it isn't of necessity. we just don't know yet. he sure hasn't disqualified himself as of yet, though, and that is a good thing. if he calls the top within 10% then i'll be the first to say bob is "da man!"

bob did clip a little off his portfolio the last time we were this high and the monkey didn't, so that was positive. then again, the monkey might have hit that buy button extra fast in the mid 7ks. you know, the monkey right next to one who typed moby dick on his typewriter ;-)

don't take it too serious. it wasn't meant that way.
