I'm comparing both Schwab and Datek. Datek is only 9.95 per trade and just as fast ( so far). Schwab has a better site with more information.( It may be that I'm using Schwab more often, cause I have most of my money there) Datek is OK though, especially for the price!

Hi TL

You hit on a sore point for me. I use Schwab as well. Problem is while I am basically long term Dell. I have found very reliable but not often used occasions to trade about 2000 shares in and out.

However, my recent research encourages me to think that what was an occasional occurrence can very well become more actively employed.

Lately, Schwabs MM on my market orders has been giving me 100 shares than the rest. This has almost always resulted in me getting the better trade at the 100 and the obviously less desirable price for the bulk of my trade.

Used to get at least 500 then rest. On a very fast market 200, now 100 in any market! Not good for QT!

Have you found similar occurrences? I wonder if thread knows of any other Broker that will give me a better shake on my market orders?

Have you found this to be the case with you and/or others?

Sincere Regards,

QT
