You may be too pessimistic. The entire story will be told with the terms of the first partnership deal and it must be completed by the end of January. I think we can help each other most when we get this information. As to anything happening at the annual meeting, I believe that this will be a non-event. As soon as they can announce a deal, they will. They know the shareholders are suffering through this sell-off by the preferred holders.
