About Access Denied PC Suite AccessDenied PC Suite software protects data through the latest encryption technology. AccessDenied Disk Encryption lets users create virtual drives to store encrypted data. Virtual drives can be used like a normal (physical) disk: users may add directories and/or files and move data between normal and virtual drives. Furthermore, the encrypted disk image can be stored on a local hard drive, a network drive, or on backup media. The AccessDenied Registry Encryption feature enables users to protect sensitive areas of their Windows registry. AccessDenied performs all encryption and decryption operations on the fly (instantly) and without being noticed by the user (transparently). Only the authorized users (set up by a User Manager), with their appropriate passwords, can access data contained in their virtual disks or in protected portions of their registry. Our product is available with smartcard options for increased security levels, and is compatible with popular Public Key Infrastructures (PKI). A key backup and recovery function is provided, enabling users to recover their cryptographic key and encrypted data.
