I think it boils down to the fact that the lawsuit dwarfs the market capitalization of JNNE and the outcome is the major factor in the stock value.We may not see the finacials this year and don't think they are in any hurry to become a reporting company.They have stock in the treasury already included in the shares outstanding count. How much we dont know,but they could be selling it from time to time to provide cash flow.
