I managed to talk to Lawrie today. It appears the current halt is related to the same issue as the halt on Doug the President. Doug is working with his lawyer to clear up the problems. Lawrie said that his lawyer is a past president of the VSE, so hopefully they'll understand the requirements and be able to deal with this quickly. Lawrie mentioned something about 8 days. I can understand the halt. A week after the cease trade on the president, the company announces a $5 million dollar deal, along with hints of a quadruple in capacity to $20 million. These are such huge numbers for a little company that they must have thought something must be wrong. They don't let numbers like that go unchallenged. The silver lining is that after the VSE looks at everything without finding any problems, they'll let it trade again. This should convince everyone that this is the real deal. Ted
