I'm obviously not Stewart but your question is a good one, so I hope you'll let me take a crack at it, too. Of course, every firm is "at (some) risk" from Y2K. I'd guess the organization has defined specific criteria based on their due diligence work that identifies a point at which business partners are either "at risk", based on the criteria, or not. Their documentation should clearly evidence how they arrived at their assessment.

Hopefully Dupont and BankAmerica already made that determination!!

Actual number is probably higher than 15% as non-respondents likely have a higher percentage of "at risk" than the respondents!
