REGARDING DILUTION: The number of shares outstanding and how well the company does is directly related to the amount of revenue produced by the company. GGNC is on track to doing about 3 Million a month, 36 Million a year in revenue. The dilution is also related to the number of shares that are controlled by the individual investors in good hands. People want to see the company grow. GGNC is concerned about keeping the number of dilution to a minimum. Through revenue the company can reduce it as well. The company has considered also a buy back program. (This can be done because there is revenue. You can't control dilution by borrowing money) INSIDERS CONTROL: About 6 million. THE FLOAT: About 4 million. The float is important because it allows a market to take place for your stock. REGARDING GGNC: There is revenue to control the dilution. GGNC's superior management, present and increasing revenues and the increase in the size of the market is truly on a global scale. Internet Las Vegas style gaming, sportsbook internet gambling. THE ON LINE SPORTSBOOK: GGNC's sportsbook is going to have certain bets DURING the game. Total interaction and interactive.
