Who is Kirtland & Ellis? They got 250,000 warrants exercisable at $.50 before 12/2/2000.

Apparently Kirtland & Ellis think CIST will sell for more than $.22 between now and the year 2000.

I like the formula CIST used to determine the convertibility of the shares. The warrants could be converted for less than 250,000 shares and for a maximum of 250,000.

I did not see any excessive issuances of warrants relative to the number of shares outstanding.

Steve, are you referring to the fact that Genome Securities, Inc. (GSI) will get paid even if they don't have any results?

It may be prudent to keep an eye on GSI. To see if this new start-up company is being effective for any of its other clients.
