Web Street Securities may be a choice.

Not a good one though. Their interface is slow and they have lots of technical problems. The free trades are real enough, and with limit orders there's no monkey business. The only downside is slow order entry and often slow representation.

They have a trading interface called One Click that provides order entry right off the level II screen. If that ever begins to work reliably with up to the second quotes, I might fund my account there again. I still check the SI Web St thread to see if there is any improvement.

BTW, I'm happy with Brown & Co. during the first 15 minutes of the day, and beyond.

Looked at them too, but the free trades is a red flag saying that they are getting paid big time for order flow, and not on getting the best price. Nothings free.
