I did not hear it on CNBC and have been listening. It seems they would be making a big deal out of it, if in fact it had been announced.

AOL/NSCP - it has been reported that AOL and NSCP are in talks, possible leading to AOL imbedding NSCP browser and possibly taking equity stake in NSCP. There certainly is no report of a takeover, at this time. That being said, I think that there is a good possibility that there will be a takeover. Given the coming internet minefield, and the 5 ton gorilla (MSFT) establishing MSN as a portal, i think that there will be major alliances shaping up, and NSCP is one of the most attractive of the issues. Target price: 50-60 in aol stock. larry
