I bet your tongue is getting sore by now with all of that licking you do. Is your computer on the floor too?

You avoided my question. And it's such a simple question at that. I'll try again: Any thoughts on today's topic of whether Spidey makes up his lies by himself or whether Sylver helps him? If that's too hard, does Sylver help you with your lies?

I still get a kick out of your "CITIBANK IS NOT AN ENTITY" post....

Why? YOU'RE the one people are laughing at:

18 It would seem to me at first blush that the Court does have
19 jurisdiction. And I'll invite you to address that, if you
20 want. And I still have this question about Mr. Touton's
21 client.
22 Apparently, you weren't able to work that out. If it has
23 nothing to do with it and no interest in the stock, I'll want
24 to know why you keep him in it, what reason. And I'm sure that
25 you can explain that to me.

ASSOCIATED REPORTERS OF NEVADA (702) 382-8778

1 MR. QUALEY: Addressing that issue, I spoke with
2 Mr. Touton after the last hearing, and we are going to amend to
3 name the entity which --
4 THE COURT: I understand that.

Apparently you don't grasp the meaning of this exchange. The judge is asking Robert Qualey why Citibank was named in the suit, when they're not the appropriate entity, and are in fact irrelevant to the case. Qualey explains that he's spoken to Todd Touton, attorney for Citicorp, and plans to offer an amendment changing the name of the "entity" in question from Citibank to Citicorp.

Why do you find this so difficult to understand? I'd really like to know. In the law, precise definitions are of great importance. You can't just sling invective and invention about as you guys do.

Oh yes: about those docs: they'll be back up on Magnetic Diary later today.

As always, doing your work for you.
