But IBM has the well advertised emphasis on service. I would think as we get closer to y2k, more companies will panic and call IBM for help. That might offset the y2k hardware effect.

I'm not trying to talk you out of it. Just curious. IBM customers are IBM customers. Not easily converted into something else.
