Yes, we have talked about CS on and off for some time now. I think the consensus was that it would not make much sense since CPQ already has a long term agreement to buy CS gear as a result of the DEC merger and sale of DEC's networking division to CS. Even if they did buy CS however, the market cap is low enough where it might not affect CPQ's stock to any great extent...

think CS is moving mostly because Dell Oro came out with market share numbers for layer 2 and 3 switches for the most rescent qtr. Cs and Bay and Lu cleaning up ofrom everyone else.....cpq still isn't ramping up their commitment on the DEC contract,but they have been adding on new contracts with CS building other DEC branded products
