NM - they need to do some live testing. If I got a busy signal trying to get to their site doing my shopping I'd go elsewhere. The weekend after Thanksgiving makes or breaks a retailer for the whole season. I just hope your right and they don't blow it. They should have been advertising by now and been up online and had their catalogs in peoples mailboxes weeks ago. I'd be worried holding NM long term if things don't change quickly.
