Dear Dwight: I only scanned the second copy but I think it is a little less positive than the first. I didnt see any comment about Contract Revenue able to cover cost to develop or something like that which I thought was in the first one. Also I didnt see any mention under recent events about the Navy making theirs the standard. In any event refiling must mean the SEC made them pull it and make some changes. Very embarrassing I think. JDN
