500 million is only the current figure that is authorized that they can issue shares up to.........All they have to do is have another vote to increase the amount of shares authorized to 1 billion..... But MPTV never cared about votes in the past.......When they initially went over 100 million shares issued...They didnt realize it until they had gone about 23 million past that amount and then they had to disclose that to the shareholders....Talk about a major faux paux...... anyways....It really doesnt matter how many shares they issue....eventually they will do a reverse, get a whole new group of investors to buy the stock and start the same nasty chain over again..... mike Curley....i mean Hurley should be held accountable for the never ending supply that the thread has had to endure........I cant even name 2 other companies that have this many shares outstanding.....freaken disguisting......
