Actually there are lots of other circumstances in which one cannot short. For example: the company itself cannot short its own stock, or facilitate the shorting thereof. lololololol. I wonder whether this proscription applies to "related parties" as well? now i ask you again janice dear. does bob bell know you are promoter & defender of wellrich? does he know your email & wellrich phone calls may be in violation of statutes & effect aznts ability to do business? is ut clear to you now? It is anyone's right, upon reading a press release, to seek to confirm the "facts" presented in that press release. It continues to astonish me that you seem quite unable to understand what "sources of information" are. I ask people questions. They give me answers. I consider these answers in the context of the whole. I'm certainly not "promoting" WellRich. But YOU are very clearly "promoting" AZNT. What are the terms of your distribution agreement with them? You're far from being a disinterested party. D'you think a little disclosure on this point might be appropriate? I do. Same goes for Hogger and anyone else selling AZNT products, I'd say.
