I thought Ajammer's reflection on ESVS/Yahoo, relative to what PH is attempting to accomplish, is worth consideration. So I'm lifting his post and presenting it to you:

Even alleged might be bs. When I used to structure private offerings the P.H. Type is called the General Partner. The Cash Cows are called the limited partners. The general partner is usually trying to raise money for a turnaround venture which has an extrmely high failure rate. The Cash Cows are called limited partners because they have limited liability. If that business fails and the partnership is sued guess who takes all the hits. To see an erstwhile general partner with a string of lawsuits trailing behind him is not unusual. I found these
people fascinating, with a lot more testicular material than I had.
They werent trying to fail the businesses they had. They were doing something more of us should do--reach for the stars. Col Sanders failed more businesses than P.H. by a wide margin. Now Kentucky Fried Chicken is an American Icon. Maybe I have taken P.H. to task for certain business strategies I thought were ill advised, but time showed these convolutions were necessary because of the SIMMERS. The Netvest group are all wealthy and extremely sophisticated. He would have had to fool them first. If you con a wealthy person out of money--shame on him. If you con a wealthy powerful group of people out of money--shame on you. Naw! the presence of a limited partnership in the mix makes this legit right from jumpstreet.

This Partneship is ........TOO LEGIT TO QUIT!!!
