Craig,

I see that QLogic Corporation has 12.5M shares authorized and 8,718,043 shares issued according to the latest 10-Q. Looks like there is room to accommodate 2.5M for Ancor shareholders at a 10:1 offer.

While I wouldn't mind $11 per share now (Qlgc closed down 6 @ 110.25), it seems that it could be worth more 6-12 months from now. Maybe those $1.78 options are just too tempting for management to resist.

Gee it's nice to have a reason to dig into SEC filings again.
