Don't know, but the ADRs are up very significantly. TNT up 50%,
ROS up 32% as of now. Assumption: positive news on the debt front.

My guess: ROS, TNT were shorted into the debt moratorium expiration.
The moratorium expired - and nothing, so shorts had to cover.
