Good points...

As long as Scrap prices remain low it will be difficult for RECY to make a profit and consummate its Acquisitions... As you also stated, this critical period is a test for RECY Mgmt to keep the ship afloat until the seas of low scrap prices rise up again lifting the SS RECY and the steel industry... I'm getting ready to buy again as RECY heads towards 1.00 and a double bottom...
