Zmax seems to be treading water again.

This acuisition looks good though - I hear the co acquired does no Y2k work. That is a good sign - Zmax is expanding while at the same time diversifying their product and service mix. The fundamentals look better every quarter.

I think this one has a good future but am uncertain as to how long we'll have to wait as shareholder's for it to return to the double digits

let's keep hope alive.

I'm hoping to get a few questions in on CC today. Zmax projections for one, status of TAVA/CMED partnership as well.

Phone number is 800/621-5169 (2 PM est).

Zmax CC notes. Came in a little late so this may not cover all points made...

- 3rd consecutive quarter of profitability
- 100 % client satisfaction
- balance sheet as strong as ever (debt free)
- 99 revenues expected between 30-50 million
- plan to announce hiring of marketing/investor relations firm in first quarter

Acquisition
- adds 100 employees and did 8.5 million in revs this year
- will be accretive to Zmax earnings in '99
- Eclipse has shown 60% growth rate the last 3 years
- expands Zmax into 6 more IT areas outside of Y2K

Several more acquisitions planned in 99. No TAVA/CMED mention in what I heard (again I missed some).

Higgins emphasized that he felt Zmax was undervalued and ignored and that they would make efforts to gain recognition in '99. Also read forward looking statements disclaimer though.
