As you may recall, I said sometime back that NETA needed to stop acquiring companies for several quarters before shareholders could get a feeling of where the company stood. I hope this post explains why I feel that way.

"Noted and logged", as my hubby would say (He's a Star Trek's fan!!!) The only thing I'll add to this is to be aware that Billy Boy is somewhat addressing it by saying that they are cooling off the acquisition rampage for a while. (Of course, "a while" is open to interpretation...) I'm waiting on anything regarding Q4. I expect nothing will come out 'til possibly December, if not 1999... This will be the real test of the company...and Bill knows it!!! So if you work for NETA (you know who you are!) and you're reading this thread, be aware that he's probably already creating a "difficult work environment" for you for this reason primarily!!!

I just feel this "Herb Greenberg" thing is overblown...it's only one analyst's opinion. Of course, the shorts are always going to use whatever it takes to get the stocks down...

Cheers,
Joanna

Haven't they said that they will not make any acquisitions for the next 2-3 quarters?
