CB,

It's been more like "Fly me to the Moon" than a waltz. ;-) As far as the transports go, they are up about 25% off their lows and I think they've broken through some important resistance, if I'm not mistaken. But it's absolutely true that a new high in the Dow would have to be confirmed within a few weeks by a new high in the transports, or we aren't going very far.
