Robert, I doubt they are issuing the shares at market price. It is more than likely discounted...if I had to guess... $.005 or higher. For many months the float stayed at 223 million. I think now that we are seeing this surge in shares issued, it demonstrates that they are trying to shed debt in a way that only harms the shareholders and doesn't cost the company any cash, because they will eventually do a reverse split. Why else do you think they haven't issued themselves any shares. Prov
