10K COMMENT #5: In the last year's 10K: Some formulas for types of products (in pill or tea form) have been developed and are owned by Dr. Lorrichio who is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. This passage now reads: Some of these product formulations (in pill or tea form) have been developed by Dr. Loricchio individually or in a collaborative process. Hmmmm. I wonder how much of these formulations are actually created by him? Back pedaling from the FDA perhaps.
