<<Price of MALL on IPO day would not likely be under $30.00, IMO.>>

Of course not, its high was $32 3/8 several days ago w/o IPO. My prediction is $60.00.

Sojourner,

UBID is #3 in computer auction. There're many different categories in which ebay is #1 such as collectibles, personal ... Understandably, UBID is absent from the top ten lists of many other categories because UBID sells primarily computer stuff. Compared to ONSL and EGGS, UBID has lower margin.

UBID's handicap in the IPO is the existence of well established computer auction companies, led by ONSL (which also has expanded into travel, vacation, and industrial auctions). The best UBID can fare is to match up with ONSL's valuation model, which puts UBID at $13.5/share.

Regards,

Tom
