Great work Jenna. What you have passed on has been financially rewarding and educational. I find that I am getting better at what I do. Thank you.

Thanks to some of you sending resumes.. asking what Market Gems might need etc. If I ever needed anyone for the stock stuff it would have to be a full-time trader able to devote at least 4 hours or more a day to Market Gems with credentials, and not just as an afterthought. I have my eye on a young man who wrote a popular book on trading, whom I won't mention,'cause you all know his book, and gives seminars across the country. If he comes on board in January we will reach new heights, but if he doesn't that's fine also. I will eventually cap the subscriber base anyhow. I'd rather have 600-700 I can manage than become like those massive sites that send automatic e-mail and don't even know or care what anyone needs. I also don't plan to stop my own trading any time soon and that will limit the expansion also.

It's cool however reading resumes for a change when up until now I've been sitting at the other end of the desk.

As for the 'data entry' stuff, and e-mail it's too boring to even entertain the thought that anyone other than Matt, my harley davidson riding, aspiring marine engineering student (and sometimes his girlfriend) at FAU could wade through.
